This Privacy Policy explains how Changsha Hongbo Medical Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", "Med-buying") collects, uses, stores and protects your personal data when you browse our website or submit an inquiry. We are the data controller for all personal data collected through this site. Our registered address is 409, R&D Building 1, No.586 Dongfanghong Middle Road, Changsha High-tech Zone, Hunan, China.

1. What personal data we collect

We only collect what we need to respond to your inquiry and run the site:

• Inquiry data you submit: your full name, clinic or company name, country, email address, phone / WhatsApp number, your role, what you need, your target install date, and the message you write.
• Technical data automatically collected: your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and time on page. This is used for abuse prevention and lightweight analytics only.
• Cookies: we use a single first-party cookie to remember your consent and, if you log in to the inquiry admin, your session. We do not use advertising cookies, fingerprinting pixels, or cross-site trackers.

2. How we use your data

• To reply to your inquiry, send you a quotation and product documentation.
• To prepare a proforma invoice, arrange freight and — only after you place an order — share your details with your appointed freight forwarder, shipping line and importer of record.
• To improve the website content and fix technical issues. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing.
• Only with your explicit opt-in, we may send occasional product or regulatory updates by email. You can unsubscribe at any time.

3. Legal basis (GDPR / UK GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal data under the following legal bases: (a) consent — when you fill in the contact form; (b) legitimate interest — to respond to a B2B commercial inquiry and run the website securely; (c) contract — to perform an order once you place one.

• Service providers acting on our behalf: FormSubmit.co (inquiry email delivery), our hosting provider, and shipping/freight forwarders once an order is confirmed. These providers are contractually bound to use your data only to serve us.

• We do not share your data with data brokers, advertisers or third-party marketing platforms.

Access to the inquiry back-office is password-protected and limited to our sales team in Changsha. Transport is always HTTPS. No system is 100% secure, but we apply industry-standard safeguards and review them yearly.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, export or object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email sales@med-buying.com with the subject line "Data request". We respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. International data transfers

We are based in China and process data there. When your data is transferred outside China (e.g. to our email provider or to freight forwarders in your country), we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses and ensure the recipient protects the data to the standard described in this policy.

9. Children's privacy

This website is a B2B medical-equipment site. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as our business or regulations change. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be flagged on the home page for 30 days.
